Karmen Lemke, President
Karmen Lemke is currently the Manager of Community Relations and Corporate Giving for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, a gas and electric company headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Public Service, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group (NYSE: TEG), serves nearly 700,000 gas and electric customers in Northeastern and North Central Wisconsin, as well as a portion of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Ms. Lemke began her career at WPS in 1987 and held several positions in marketing, customer service, and public relations. Her current position is Manager – Community Relations and Corporate Giving. In addition, she is the Director of the Wisconsin Public Service Foundation, the charitable giving entity for WPS. In her role she oversees the community relations and corporate contributions in Wisconsin, providing direction on the employee and retiree involvement program, the safety education and school-business partnership programs, and administers the local contributions and Foundation giving programs.
Ms. Lemke holds an Associate degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC), as well as a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College. She was the recipient of the 2010 NWTC Distinguished Alumni Award and the 2007 Leo Frigo Leadership Award. Lemke is also a graduate of Leadership Green Bay, a program of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. And she holds a certificate in Corporate Community Relations from The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Cerebral Palsy, she also serves on the Board of Salvation Army of Brown County, Catholic Foundation, and Bay Area Community Council and is a member of the Emeritus Board for the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay. Previously she served on The Einstein Project and Volunteer Center Board of Directors and the Wrightstown Community School District Board of Education for 6 years.
In her free time, Lemke enjoys spending time with husband, Randy, and their three daughters, Lauren age 19, Lindsay age 16, and Leah 11 years. They are active members of St. Clare Parish in Wrightstown
