PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Help your little fish gain confidence in the water with private swim lessons! A private lesson allows our instructors to tailor lessons to your child’s individual needs. 1-on-1 private swim lessons are taught by a trained instructor and are best suited for children ages 3 and over. NOTE: Private lessons may also be structured as therapeutic exercise to build on functional independence. Lessons are by appointment only.

Payment is due at time of service.
How do I enroll my child in private swim lessons?
1. Complete the Private Lessons - Special Needs form.
2. Fill out the Aquatic Registration Form.
Option 1 | Fill out the Private Lessons form electronically and email back to Stacey at sswaer@wearecp.org.
Option 2 | Print off Private Lessons form at home and mail back to: CP Aquatic Center, 2801 S Webster Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301
