Adult Water Exercise
EXERCISE IS MORE FUN IN A GROUP!

We have added a limited number of adult exercise programs and we'd love for you to join us! Review the current offerings below. Registration information is after the class descriptions.
Joint Motion - Pool 1
$40 per 4-Week Session
Warm water exercise program that helps increase flexibility, range of motion, endurance and decreases joint stiffness. This class allows you to exercise without putting a strain on your joints and muscles. Small class size allows for personal pool space and social distancing.

THURSDAY
May 12-June 2 | 9:00-9:45 a.m.

Deep Water - Pool 2
$40 per 4-Week Session
A moderate plus intensity workout that is zero impact. Class includes cardiovascular and strengthening exercises; all done in deep water with float belts. This is a great full body workout utilizing the core muscles. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water.
Small class size allows for personal pool space and social distancing.

Back in Action - Pool 1
$40 per 4-Week Session
This class is designed for people with back problems or who are just starting an exercise program. Core strength, posture, flexibility and body mechanics are stressed. Small class size allows for personal pool space and social distancing.

WEDNESDAY
May 11 - June 1 | 2:45 – 3:30 p.m.
June 8 –June 29 | 2:45 – 3:30 p.m.
July 13- August 3 | 2:45 – 3:30 p.m.
August 10- August 31| 2:45 – 3:30 p.m.
 
How Do I Enroll in Aquatic Center?
Start by filling out our required registration form. You can register in one of two ways:

Option 1 | Fill out a registration form electronically and email back to Tina at tkerske@wearecp.org.


Option 2 | Print off a registration form to fill out at home and mail back to: CP Aquatic Center, 2801 S Webster Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301
