Located in Two Rivers, WI, CP Lakeshore teaches functional life skills to adults with physical disabilities, cognitive conditions, sensory disorders and neurological impairments, with the aim of helping them be as independent as possible, while providing an experience that is challenging, motiving and fun.
Clients and their support teams work with our experienced staff to set personal goals through an individualizedprogram plan (IPP). Those goals are realized through more than 20 class offerings including exercise, gross motor games, music, service learning, courage karate, textures and textiles, computer and a newsletter class.
In addition to classes, clients, families and staff work together to create a safe, positive community that supports one another – the challenges and the triumphs – making CP Lakeshore a place where everyone realizes their full potential, and makes great friends along the way.
We are contracted, and work closely with, several Managed Care Organizations including Lakeland Care, Community Care, Inclusa and IRIS. Together, we develop a plan that provides the best experience, and meets the needs of every client.
CP Lakeshore opened in 2008 and is a part of Adult Day Services, CP's largest program area. Additional sites include our flagship location in Green Bay and CP Fox Cities in Kimberly. We invite you to visit CP Lakeshore and learn more about our programming.
