In keeping with direction from the CDC, the following policy is in place for all CP locations regarding COVID-19:Quarantine Guidelines If you develop symptoms:- Get a test and stay home
- If test results are positive, see below
- If test results are negative and you are symptom free, you may return to CP
If you test POSITIVE for Covid-19 (regardless of vaccination status):- Stay home for 5 days (from onset of symptoms or date of test [Day 0], whichever is earlier)
- If after 5 days, you still have symptoms, continue to stay home until symptoms improve
- After 5 days, if you do not have any symptoms or your symptoms are improving, you may return to CP AND wear a well-fitted mask around others for 5 additional days.
- If unable to wear a mask, then you must stay home for the full 10 days.
If you are exposed to someone who tests positive for Covid-19 (regardless of vaccination status):- You may continue to come to CP
- It is highly recommended to wear a well-fitted mask around others for 10 days from last date of contact
- Monitor for symptoms for full 10 days
- Test after day 5, if possible
- If test results are positive, see above.
- If test results are negative, you can continue to come to CP, it is highly recommended to continue to wear a mask and monitor for symptoms for the full 10 days.
General Expectations - CP expects that clients and employees will not attend CP when feeling ill.
- Contact tracing or close contact notifications will not be completed by CP.
- Screening questions will not be asked.
- Masks are optional at any time. Respect for personal decisions to either wear or not wear a mask is expected.
** In the event that community health conditions deteriorate, CP may revise these guidelines as necessary.**
